This is the most thing I hate about BANKS.
Yesterday I had a terrible hick-up to get some cash urgently. I was kind a broke... real broke alias BOKEK.
So it was ringing a bell that I still have two account Bank still hasnt been checked.
The bank was located near UNISBA (Universitas Islam Bandung), this bank name was changed after some merger action.
Anyway when I was entering the bank front door theres a security officer as usual keep asking "Selamat datang bisa dibantu pak ?".
I did not answer anything coz if I answer I want to check the bank account balance then he could not help me also. Still I had to do checking by myself.
Really that was really polite but my plan was to check the balance account using ATM just at side of the door.
Then I found out that one of my account is left me only about IDR 1m and other was two digits millions rupiahs.
Oh good it was a relief. Then I went to a bench where the forms stacked.
I was looking for internal transfer form because actually one of account has to be at minimum IDR 10m to avoid service charges.
After looking around and cannot find one then I went to the teller.
I ask about the form then she replied that the system was off because had a network trouble.
I said then no problem for the transfer, but I need to withdraw cash which about IDR 4x m.
Then she said it was not possible at all.
Its really pissed me off .....
I told them they should put a big poster or letter at the front door that the bank is currently offline (no services). I told the teller it would save my time to come in and check.
If I knew this I would not come inside and check the ATM also.

I was so damn BETE so sudddenly I got the silly idea to kick the bank glass door when exiting. Then I did that, and made security guy complained to me so bad because of my bad behaviour. I know this was a really nasty behaviour of mine.
Then the security officer warn me to be polite and defended that he has already asked me for any assistance when I came to this bank.
I said what if I asked him to take me to another branch which not having network problem to get my cash withdrawn still he cannot assist ....

I relize it was a bad nasty things I done.. but actually the door still intact and was not damaged at all. Regreted and thought to come back and ask for apology but I was so so mad.

Anyway I dont understand why the ATM still working and teller network system was down.
Dont you think it really helps you if the bank management just stick a paper written "SYSTEM OFFLINE" at the front door ???

It helps also to keep asking customer who come with question "Bisa dibantu pak ??"

Hari gini offline... kasian banget sih...
